Supporting those residing or employed in Gratiot County in the pursuit of an education in the field of nursing.

Dick Prestage was a dedicated husband and father, as well as a successful businessman.  A certified public accountant, Dick was co-founder of the accounting firm Roslund Prestage & Co. in Alma.  He served on numerous boards throughout his lifetime and was the owner and administrator of Schnepp鈥檚 Healthcare Center in St. Louis until his death in 2003. To honor his dedication to quality nursing care, his family created this scholarship to support continuing education for those in the field of nursing.  It is their hope that their husband鈥檚/father鈥檚 memory will live on in the giving hearts of nurses benefiting from this scholarship.
